Billing Policy
Prepaid Annual Plans receive discounted data rates and 2 months free when paying upfront and accepting our Annual Service Agreement.
Prepaid Annual accounts will be credited with 12 Prepaid Monthly Plans to be used in a 12-month period. The annual billing period starts when the first camera is activated.
Prepaid data and SMS buckets are a monthly allowance, NOT an annual allowance. Unused allowance does NOT carry over to the following month. Annual Plans are subject to monthly overages in accordance with the overage rate on the annual plan. If overages apply, the overage will automatically be charged at the next monthly billing cycle.

45-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 45-day refund policy on all purchases. You can return the cameras within 45 days, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
2-Year Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty. We'll repair or replace defective cameras within 2 years after purchase: barnowl.tech/policies/returns#insurance
Optional Damage/Theft Insurance
Our insurance can be activated when you register cameras in the Barn Owl App. The insurance covers camera damage, theft or loss.
