Barn Owl Care comes with our Standard and Pro Plans.
Barn Owl provides multi-carrier cellular service for each of our cameras, so they’re ready to transmit right out of the box! We’re a no contract service, so you can suspend your cameras and save, if you use your cameras seasonally.
When you receive your cameras, you can select any of our plans in Barn Owl HQ. Plans start from just $7 per camera, per month. See our Billing Plans and Billing Policy for details.
We want to make sure that you have a great experience with Barn Owl. We offer a 45-day trial period on all of our camera bundles. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, just let us know at support@barnowl.tech and we’ll send you prepaid return labels as well as a full hardware refund.
We offer a 2-year hardware warranty. We’re happy to replace cameras & solar panels that prove defective under normal use. See our Warranty Policy for additional details.
Included in our prepaid data plans is our Barn Owl Care program. Using our Standard & Pro plans for 3 months or more grants your camera lifetime warranty and also covers theft & accidental damage replacements.
